Thank you for shopping with Etchysketchy Art. All our products are handcrafted or hand-finished to order, so please allow a little extra time for us to prepare your order with care.
Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day) processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always communicate any delays.
UK Delivery

Tracking
"We ship via Royal Mail untracked services. You will not receive a tracking number, but you will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched."
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal service delays, customs processing, or busy seasonal periods. We're unable to guarantee delivery dates but will always do our best to keep you informed.
